      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Infogain (Noida) in Sep 2019

      Interview

I got mail from infogain HR and ask to come for interview on Saturday. First round was online test I cleared and 2nd round was F2F and I also cleared them HR told me that she will schedule manager round in week days. HR called me in week days and ask to come I go for interview and there are 2 interviewer in manager round it was non technical and they was asking mostly that if you will join a team where all team members are frustrated then how you will motivate them and second interviewer was also asking same kind of question that if you will join as a lead in an organisation and your team member is frustrated and ready to leave the job how you will motivate them. That time I did not understood why they are asking these kind of questions. Last question he ask what kind of project you want to work I told development project. After that I come back and wait for 2 days for HR feedback when I did not got any call from HR then call her back and ask about feedback she told me you feedback is negative because that was a support project and you want development project that’s why the did not select you I told her it’s okay I am ready to work in support project but then she told now they will not select you but there is another support project if you want I can schedule your interview I said ok. Then she schedule technical I cleared and then manager round I also cleared. Then she send me a link and told me to upload all your documents I did the same. I call her after 2 days and ask about the status of offer letter she told it is in process and she will update and also asking that how soon you can join. After waiting one week I call her back she did not response I message her again no response. After some days I also call and mail her but no response. That time she show her professionalism how professional she is. After 20 days when I uploaded my documents again I mail her that at least you can reply what is the status I just want to know that it is rejected or still in process then she reply that your offer is in process and she will call at evening. Then she called me at evening and told me that can you come tomorrow in office to meet manager I said why I should come and meet again manger I already cleared all round and my offer is in process then she told manager forgot your face because it is too long how funny it was. After that I told yes because I had no option that time. I go to infogain next day one manager come for interview and he was the person who already took my interview first time in manager round when I give the interview for first time where I was not selected because I told I will work in development project only. He ask me did you came in infogain before I told yes but I did not told him that you already had taken my interview one 15 days before. This time he explain everything about his project that it is a support project and do you want work in this project which thing he did not told me last time I said yes I will work then he just gave me a scenario of database and then also ask his team lead to come then two people came I start the interview they are just asking tuff question which answers they also don’t have after complete interview I came back and wait for 2 days to feedback and did not get call form HR then I mail her about update but did not receive any response. Few days later also call her she disconnect my call. After one week again mail her then she reply that recent interview feedback was not positive and which interview I had cleared that position is on hold and she will update about it. So after clearing interview two times and investing my time and efforts I did not get any offer. It shows which kind of company it is and how professional their HR are.
