I was approached by one of manager's from Infogain on LinkedIn about a specific opening in his project. After our initial discussions I was approached by their recruitment team and initially I was told about two rounds (one technical, one managerial) followed by HR round. Both rounds went well as the people scheduling the interviews and conducting them were thorough professionals. In fact I learned a lot from them. After second round I was asked to appeared for another round with AVP delivery, then another with SVP delivery and then another round with AVP HR. I got to know that since they shortlisted me for a lower band initially but decided to offer a higher band hence the increment in number of rounds. All the VP level rounds were enriching experience and I thorough enjoyed them. This followed with an HR round to discuss compensation and benefits and sadly we could not reach an agreement. But the whole journey was smooth and despite not getting an offer letter I did not feel bitter.
