1) On-line programming test including programs to be written based on any real situation. 2) Technical Round - a panel will be sitting there and ask you one by one questions with your capability. Also, be confident as they will make you confuse with your answers to their complicate questions. Ultimately, you will be judged with your skills and confidence. 3) Managerial Round - Manager will ask you to write algo or logic for either easy or complicate problem. His aim will be just to judge your logical power. So, its important to give logical answer irrespective of correct solution. 4) Salary Discussion - Parameters will be defined with your current experience. Don't expect more to get rest negotiations will always welcome.
