Infogain Java Developer interview questions

I gave the interview in infogain. The first telephonic round was schedule. I gave that and hr mailed me that i have cleared that round after that i mailed her so many times that when will be the second round but didn't get any response from their side. I can't believe that why companies so waste the our time to take interview and all even they dont interested to take the employees.
