Recruiter made sure everything was done to succeed and to make you comfortable during the interview process - great sign of a great culture. Second step is with hiring manager or project director usually followed by a case study, offer comes afterwards if you are successful. Process pretty quick and very good package. I finally did get the offer, but declined due to other opportunities at my company. If I had to change my employer I would definitely go there!
