I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Infor (Taguig) in Aug 2014

Interview

-Initial phone interview. If passed, applicant will be asked for an interview with the manager/team lead -Basic java questions were asked by team lead (since they were looking for a java developer for their team) -Also asked to do an on the spot programming for 10 mins. Problem will be given by the team lead -Situational questions on previous job were also tackled
