I was recommended by the Job Hunter company. The first round was HR, which was quite simple. Then my direct boss interviewed me by phone. He is based in different countries. We talked for 2 times but all via telephones. Then I received an offer after their internal process.

Initial interview with recruiting followed by interviews with Director followed by VP. Each interview was one hour in duration. Final interview with SVP. Not selected for final round so I cannot speak to negotiation process upon offer.
