I applied through other source. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Infor (Detroit, MI) in Jun 2013
Interview
A friend of mine heard that Infor was hiring so i perused the job board and found interesting opportunities. Thanks to my friend's connections i was able to contact the recruiter directly. It took nearly three months from the first interview to the actual offer. And this was WITH internal connections/recommendations! I hate to think how long it would have taken if i had known no one. Since joining Infor, my experience has been that HR overall is vastly underfunded and understaffed. There was one Recruiter covering hundreds of requisitions. So you needed to chase up your own reqs regularly to ensure action was happening.

Question 1
How i would handle rolling out a program that was brand-new to Infor and not immensely popular.
4 rounds, felt like mostly behavioral questions, didn't feel like it was a hard interview at all. I think if you're semi-professional, you won't have an issue. 4 rounds, felt like mostly behavioral questions, didn't feel like it was a hard interview at all.
