Discussion with an HR, 2 VPs and the hiring director.
Interesting discussion about role responsibilities, previous experiences, common values and company's vision / objectives. Very inspiring and motivating, which made me decide to join the team.

They will let you talk to several key people.
If they want you the process will be shorter.
Communication is also good between HR and candidate.
They sometimes have preferences internally so dont expect if you see a position open.
They are stringent about their hiring process. They have preferences so even if its posted, dont expect that it is open.
