The interview process itself was great. I applied online, and the recruiter reached out to me within a couple of weeks. From there, I went through all 4 rounds of the interview process within a week. I appreciated how quickly they followed up with me every step of the way, and everyone I interviewed with was polite, professional, and answered all of my questions. Unfortunately, I received an email from the recruiter stating that they chose to move forward with another candidate. I emailed the recruiter back, thanking her for her time, and asking if I could get feedback as to why the team chose not to move forward with me. I felt that after 4 rounds of interviews, the least they could do is let me know the reason, so that I can take that information in to future interviews. I never heard back. That in and of itself was extremely disappointing. I had a very positive experience up to that point, but the fact that I was ghosted when I asked for feedback really left a bad taste in my mouth, unfortunately.
