Attended 3 interviews for permanent role as consultant. Interviews went well and fits in with my skillset. The very last question on the 3rd interview - would you consider commencing on a contract - no,...I applied for a permanent position. I followed up with the internal recruiter for feedback/ outcome - apparently the business were very busy. 1 month later - nothing. I am sick of employers thinking they can do this to candidates. You expect the best from your people - be a role model.
