Infosys BPM Customer Service Representative interview questions

Interview process was well. Usual questions asked. Much the same as any job interview, online on Microsoft teams which is less nerve wracking. Overall a good interview experience. Know company history first.

It was the most horrible interview I’ve ever gotten into. I applied for a CSR position but when I was endorsed for the final interview, it was different. He only focused to the reason why I left my previous job and started squeezing me that there’s something else aside from career development reason why I left. Always adding negative insights to whatever I say. His purpose was to make me look like I am a bad employee. I keep on trying to say that I am looking for a career growth, skills development, and to explore outside of my comfort zone but this interviewer keeps on grilling me that there’s still something else with my previous company. To be honest, I just wanted to seek for a good management but the interview already said what type of management this company has. The interview was rescheduled last minute. The interviewer was rude and sarcastic the whole time. He only focused to the reason why I left instead of asking for my experiences.
