Aptitude round of 40 questions. Easy questions.
Essay writing. Any one essay out of three.
Personal interview with HR.
Pretty easy if one is good in communication skill.
Main emphasis on communication skills.
If you are willing to work in BPO for short term for money, then go for it.
Otherwise it's not worth it for people other than very basic degree holders.

good , not very difficult. first you have to attend an assessment then 2 round of interview. some time there is no assessment if you go with 3rd party parole.
its a good opportunity to give interview for infosys bpm its very easy and compltete the task. company recruiters are good. i got selected but i rejected the offer because its night shift.
Nice and little bit tough but overall it was nice and smooth and you must be prepared for the interview really good and one thing do not panic they are not there to grill us but they want to make sure that the person they hiring well deserved
