Interview
it was like 30 min interview. Though it was a bpo job the interview questions were technical. they asked me indepth about the project some of the details I couldnot answer and they were particular in programming with java.
only hr questiond related to you it will helpful to crack the interview its not good to prepare so much just go and get to interiew you just need to have a self awareness and hoe you structure your answers

The interview process was about 3 rounds, 1 HR and 2 Technical. Got shortlisted in HR round which was about 2 minutes and never got a call back after that for nearly a month and half. Then was informed that the position was filled.
