Face to face interview was scheduled initially . As i am in different location, telephonic round was scheduled with the 3 time slots. I did not receive calls from them on that day. I called them and asked whether telephonic round will be done today or not. They replied that they were busy with walk ins and you will get the call from us by today.I did not receive the call from them on that day. I asked regarding this on the other day to them regarding telephonic discussion which was not happened on scheduled day.they bluffed me that you got the call on Saturday and your profile is rejected. But the truth is that i did not get any calls from the hiring person. This shows the poor quality of the hiring team which the company has recruited for their organization. Such a worst thing from this big firm
