I have never seen this kind of interview process anywhere. They conducted a walkin @Gachibowli for a mapping process and hiring only experienced candidates. I all the way took bus from my place and reached Infosys after 2 hours from my start point. The first round was not even a GD. Such a stupid thing that HR did is, he filtered 20 resumes out of 100. He just reviewed resumes and sent us back. Is this the way the candidate should be hired? I asked on of the 3 HR's why? He is an HR and trust me 2 of HR's doesn't know how to speak English. I am really not sure how they are hired for those positions. How stupid is that? If you are ready to hire people first learn how to hire. We don't want to waste our time to running around you people. It's not awesome If you build big companies. You should have that courage to handle everything. Never want to work in this worthless company.
