Hiring process starts with accessing aptitude, English communication and domain knowledge of candidate followed by HR round where normal questions asked like, why do you want to get into BPO? or Do you know BPO? work experience.

Are you comfortable with night shift? Here most of the candidate do not agree with condition. But if you are joining industry like Infosys, you don't have to worry about it as they take care of our security well.
The experience was fine and consisted of 2 rounds, as it was an entry level role and more toward the business side there was nothing very technical. More about interest in certain areas.
