Interview
First there will be an aptitude test if we clear the test there will be a group discussion section,they ask to tell about ourselves and give any topic to us and we have to speak for atleast 2 min and then if we clear that there will be a telephonic interview ,there they ask any topic and we need to speak as long as we can and on the telephonic interview they discusse about job location, working hours etc that's it

Here PD and group discussion are the same, they give a topic to speak on for 1-2minutes, it's because they are interested in your communication skills
