The process was off three levels, started with online test and two over the phone interviews.. It was simple and comfortable.
The Online test was consists of domain related questions , which incldes journal entries, reconciliation entries etc.
The first round interview was of general questions like introduce your self.
Third round consists of questions related to domain. But not into that deep rooted. Just basics.

There were only 2 easy rounds and one attitude test. After HR round you will receive team lead call for technical round. Which was too easy. They will ask about Excel, Accounting standards according rules.
Basic accounting related questions along with a few personality and behavioral based questions to gauge the interviewee and their capacity to work under pressure. Some questions about accrual process for the client specific questions can be expected along with codes for SAP and other complementary skills can be asked. Location or relocation related questions.
