1St round written very easy.all a long wait in the evening 2 nd round hr interview.after that there was a telephonic round with manager which is the third round.In the third round the interviewer say that B.tech computer background not good for this job .He should have told in the beginning of the interview that they are not intrested for b.tech computers background instead of fustrating people by making them wait for long time .

Interview
It starts with an aptitude and english grammer based test. Once get qualified, we have a voice process assessment, need to give solutions to the customer problems through both voice and texting. There is a telephonic interview for those qualified in voice process assessment. Overall it's a great process for employee selection
