I had attended the first round in Campus for Management Trainee- HR at Great Lakes. The PPT was quite good and the interviewer focused on understanding my morality and personality. He asked me only personal/ BEI type questions for over an hour and I had mixed feelings about how it went. I was shortlisted for next round which happened at their office but it was a Telecon. In my opinion, I did really well as they asked domain related questions and case studies. I felt very confident when the panelist praised and complimented me right during the interview. However, when asked if I would be comfortable to work in night shift, I said no, not really, but I would be willing to stretch on need basis. At the time, he seemed fine with it. But I did not get the job and probably that was the reason. Overall, I wish they had been a bit more approachable and transparent.
