The lack of proper scheduling, excessive waiting time, and miscommunication about interview rounds made this an exhausting experience. Candidates invest time and effort in such interviews, and a more streamlined approach with better time management would greatly improve the experience. I hope Infosys BPM re-evaluates its walk-in interview process to ensure transparency, efficiency, and respect for candidates’ time.
