The interview process started june 2025 1st round of interview happened by July 2025 second round and third round together happened by 23rd August 2025 . For next 45 days I don't get any update I have tried reaching to HR's but they won't respond . After 45 days in oct 10th 2025 I got a call for further process . In the call I have been confirmed with package and also they have collected my photos documents etc. but after few hours of the call I have been updated as they have keep the position on hold. This positions comes along with bulk hiring . I m not the only one who got affected because of this . I have some of my friends from south end of tamil nadu and from other states as well . They came long way to attend interview at chennai Sholinganallur. They to faced the same. If they really don't want to hire they shouldnt conduct interview. Ghost hiring !!!. Affects many people's mental state. Infosys is reputed service based company. Such kind of behaviour from them is not acceptable. Worst kind activity I have seen from infosys. They not only burned people's mentally but also financially. People from other states have to spend money to come long this way to attend interview. Delaying results ,Denying offer in last minute by giving hope is such a masty behaviour.
