I uploaded my resume on their official portal and applied for the Java Developer role.
Round One (Technical):
I was interviewed a week later by the interviewer, based on the skills from my resume and experience. The interview was very easy, and the interviewer was very calm and composed.
Round Two (Managerial Round):
After completing the first round, I had this interview within half an hour. And I've been questioned on my mentoring skills and team-based scenario questions. This was an easy round as well.
Round Three (HR Discussion):
Two or three days later, I had this discussion with HR, where we discussed the package, my role, and the location.
Overall the process was smooth, and the whole process, including onboarding happened within 10 - 14 days.
