Interview questions [1]
Question 1
HR round below questions were asked:
1) Name 3 weaknesses you have.
2) Who was your project lead in college?
3) Are you a good team player or a team leader? ( They asked this since the answer to my 2nd question was "I was the project lead since my fellow project members felt I would be able to handle the project in a better way" and in my resume I had mentioned "Team player" under "Strengths" )
4) Within 20 seconds decide out of these : The stapler and a pen cap, which one would you select and why? And why you did not select the other?
5) Give an example when you went out of your comfort zone and did something.
6) What is it that a company should do to encourage you more for achieving something?
7) Suppose if we allocate you to Chennai (Since the interview was in Bangalore and my preferred location too) would you like to work there?
8) If we did not select you then what would be your first reaction?
he recruitment process consisted of two stages: an aptitude round to evaluate candidates and shortlist students, followed by a combined technical and HR interview. The final selection was based on candidates' technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and overall interview performance.
