My Infosys recruitment process started through the campus placement drive at my college. I first attended an online assessment that tested my aptitude, logical reasoning, verbal ability, and basic programming skills. After clearing the assessment, I attended a combined Technical and HR interview. During the interview, I was asked to introduce myself, explain my Civil Engineering background, discuss my final-year project, and answer questions about the technical skills and software I knew. The interview also included HR questions about my strengths, career goals, willingness to relocate, and my interest in joining Infosys despite being from a Civil Engineering background. After successfully clearing the interview, I received my selection confirmation, followed by the offer letter and Launchpad onboarding process. I then completed the required document verification, background verification (BGV), medical examination, and other onboarding formalities before joining Infosys as an Engineer Trainee at the Mysore campus.
