I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Infosys in May 2012
Interview
I had 3 rounds of interview. First was telephonic with senior management. Questions were based on my past experience and scenario based. BA related questions like techniques to gather requirement, use cases description, functional vs non-functional etc. Second was in Infosys office but seemed just a formality. Most of the questions were from my past experience. Final round was with HR with just basic questions and salary discussion
