return test : quantitive aptitude ,reasoning and verbal ability(english)
technical round questions depends on the engineering stream.iam cse guys so they covered topics like c and object oriented languages(c++,Java),Data base(basics)
hr round contains common basic question which is very easy and it is based upon the time.for me the technical and hr round are done both at the same time.

then the other day I was shortlisted for interview, everyone had 5-10 min of questions but mine was 25 min long

There was 2 rounds of interview. 1st round is aptitude. 2nd round was f2f interview. Interview was moderate level if you are well known about you resume and some basic coding questions.
