I am a non IT personal still I have spent 2 years in a IT giant like Infosys with the commitment I shared and the faith the company has shown to me. It's a very easy to go interview process at Infosys when you are a non IT guy.
2 steps and you are in.
1. Apti,analytical and English computer based multiple choice questions test
2. Almost a non technical and simply personality gauge test with very few technical questions

which I had nothing to share other than I know C and embedded C. And I ended appreciating the training process at Infosys and soon my interviewer said "technical knowledge" Infosys ll take care of.
And few casual questions about my project in btech. My roles responsibility and the challenge we faced during the project.. bla bla bla..
To be honest they look for how honest you are with your words and how much you believe in yourself.
he recruitment process consisted of two stages: an aptitude round to evaluate candidates and shortlist students, followed by a combined technical and HR interview. then the other day I was shortlisted for interview, everyone had 5-10 min of questions but mine was 25 min long

There was 2 rounds of interview. 1st round is aptitude. 2nd round was f2f interview. Interview was moderate level if you are well known about you resume and some basic coding questions.
