I applied through college or university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Infosys in Sep 2016
Interview
Campus recruitment process:
Round 1(Aptitude test):-
3 sections:
Section 1(Quants- 10 questions) Basic and easy.
Section 2(LR - 15 questions) never got easier then this one.
Section 3(Verbals -40 questions, 35 min) It was mediocre due to time constraints but questions weren't that complex.
Result:- cleared
Round 2(Personal Interview):-
They had generated the list of candidates who cleared in aptitude and listed at the top of list(serial no.s in list were not related to scores in your aptitude in any manner)
Being my first interview on campus I was bit nervous and also I was the first one from the college to get interviewed...
As I entered the HR asked me to sit. Asked me my name, resume and further about my HSC percentage being low. I mentioned that I prepared for JEE and focused less on HSC, he then with a smile replied,"Oh that's not an issue, its fine."
Then he asked me about how was the aptitude test and impulsively I answered it was easy specially the quants section.
Then he said, " oh so you are good with maths". After that few technical questions were asked covering the topics from my resume.
