The interview process consisted of an online assessment followed by a virtual interview. The interviewer focused on communication skills, problem-solving ability, basic technical knowledge, and project experience. Completed the initial HR screening and my resume was shortlisted. However, I was informed that the company does not move forward with candidates who require F-1 visa sponsorship or work authorization.
