Very brief interview. Around 45 minutes where the interviewer went through my profile and asked specific questions on some of the projects I had worked on earlier. General questions around what I wanted to do in my career and why I am leaving my previous employer.

The interview process was very smooth. The process was well established and explained before hand itself. Minimal follow ups required. Process included 3 rounds with 1 of them being a F2F.

Most of the questions were around my previous experiences.
It started with understanding what I have done, achieved and how I have managed difficult situations.
There were few tech questions alongside.
There are four round of interview - Initial screening, technical round, management round and HR round.It was fast and simple. Salary structure not clearly mentioned or explained. Variable bonus only expected as 50%.
Interview process was simple and transparent. Questions where very generic and more like discussion. It was all specific to experience. Interview panel where very humble and warm. Interview was very cool with no pressure.
