I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Infosys (Houston, TX) in Dec 2019
Interview
The first interview consists of a 20-30 minute phone screening. (I was personally contacted through phone before I received any email of the phone screening, but they usually email candidates beforehand). If all goes well in the phone screening, you are scheduled for a second interview done through their own videochat portal.
This interview consists of a 30 minute HR portion and a 30 minute technical portion. I personally thought that the technical portion was much harder than expected (they delve into specifics, usually regarding the programming language that you feel strongest in.) There are a couple of situational questions, and one trick question asked in the interview that can be googled (I don't remember the exact question, but it pertains to a car with 4 operating tires and 1 spare tire, and having to solve the amount of miles that the car can travel).

Question 1
Describe a situation where you failed to accomplish a task.
Had initial phone call w/ recruitment followed by technical interview and heard back same day of interview. Job was entry level with the role also providing initial training so the technical interview had general language and simple problem solving questions.
The interview was very straightforward. Started off with the panelists giving a brief introduction about themselves (then I did the same). Afterwards, we started the technical interview and eded with the behavioral questions.

Question 1
What are the 4 pillars of Object-Oriented Programming (OPP)?
What are the different data structures?
Just the cultural interview so far, the interviewer asked me about my background and interest in the position. They sounded a little tired and uninterested. I did not ask enough questions about the position.
