I applied early January 2020. Within a week I was contacted by a recruiter to set up a time to talk. Due to scheduling conflicts it took about another week before we were able to speak. Very casual talk and mentioned the possible locations and other information based on the new grad role. Immediately after the phone interview the recruiter sent over a pymetrics assessment link. Closer to an iq test rather than a technical interview. After the assessment i heard nothing at all from infosys until about 9 days later where they sent me a confirmation at 8pm for a video interview the following day. The interview was an hour long and conducted by 3 people. Separated into technical questions, analytical/behavioral questions, and a questions/outgoing part. Overall the interview as a whole was on the easy side, but I was tempted to rate it an 'average' difficulty interview. The technical questions were pretty rapid fire and I am not sure if that was standard for everyone, but the broad spectrum of questions and the sheer amount of them definitely made it more difficult than the glassdoor reviews made them seem. I felt like I did fairly well so it may have just been my own fault for answering them in a quick manner. Questions spanned Java, C++, Python, and SQL questions. The analytical interview had some brain teaser style questions along with standard behavioral style questions. I will add some questions that don't overlap with what is already posted, but I was asked the same oop and java questions as well.
