I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Infosys in Apr 2019
Interview
It was all good till the HR round came.
First the unnecessary negotiations that based on you experience we cannot offer that much. Then still i agreed to the Offer. Then came thr twist . I was told my offer letter will be sent in a week time please accept as they have spent lot of time on my candidature. Best part been one year i am still waiting . No reply from HR on email or phone. This is the conditions of HR at such big reputed companies. Its shameful that you waste someone time and after salary negotiation you run away saying offer letter is on the way. Will not encourage anyone to apply at Infosys unless no other choice. HR ARE DISGUSTING HERE. This all happened after all months of following ups and interviews in April 2019 now its April 2020.
