I applied through other source. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Infosys (Plano, TX) in Jun 2013
Interview
Submitted my resume via the Texas Unemployment Commission site. I was contacted very quickly regarding the position. The initial screening went will. She explained in detail the various next steps. 1) She (will call her Mary) would submit my resume to the review panel. 2) if selected, a video conference would be conducted. 3) There could be up to 3 levels of interviews. 4) Based on my skills and desired a position and city would be selected for me.
Mary was my contact throughout the entire process. She contacted me frequently to inform me of the status and progress through their hiring process.
Interview process was smooth. The interviewer was interested in assessing my skills based on past work experiences. The only thing is that different interview types took some time to complete and I was unsure about whether I should wait for the next interview or not for a couple of days.
Smooth and easy. There are launchpad aplication for document uploading
After every round follow up call up were made. In case of doubts they had allocated HR for followup
Domain level filtering were made during the interview
The interview process was very pleasant. It felt more like an interactive discussion than a formal interview session which made a comfortable and engaging experience. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I truly appreciated the opportunity to interact with the team
