Interview
- Recruiter contacted for a phone interview, went over job, pay, and benefits
- Technical interview by 2 panelists, one for technical, which was about concept and general understanding of OOP and database. No coding (surprisingly). The other one for analytical interview, basically about how you would deal with customers and co-workers.
- Recruiter will contact when the result is out.
Note: as long as you have basic concept, you should pass this easily as there were a few questions I couldn't answer and just tell them I don't know or I learn about that but did not applied a lot.
The interview process consisted of an online assessment followed by a virtual interview. The interviewer focused on communication skills, problem-solving ability, basic technical knowledge, and project experience. The process was smooth and professional, and the questions were mostly related to my background, skills, and career goals.

Completed the initial HR screening and my resume was shortlisted. However, I was informed that the company does not move forward with candidates who require F-1 visa sponsorship or work authorization.

There were 3 Rounds in total. First was the Screening round where they asked basic Behavioral questions, discussed salary. Next was an online assessment which involved 2 coding questions and 10 MCQ's (basic CS concepts). Last round was a technical interview.
