Interview
Got call from recruiter. Job was for contractual position. After that they asked for resume and few details. They didn't scheduled the interview and i directly got call from Infosys and they took interview on call. After few days they told you are selected and asked for documents to release offer letter. No proper interview process. After giving documents they asked me to send resume in some 3rd grade format they are expecting. That was waste of time as well. After that i got one call again it was not scheduled and interview went for more than 1 hour. After that he told you will have one more round. Fully waste of time. Got reply candidate already had offers so rejecting this profile. People won't wait for your foolish process to over. What a waste of time.
Bit unfaired thet demand very experienced in new emerging techs which cant be lossibke to freshers even now a days without corporate experuence. So they need to understand about the thing happening.
I have good experience with the interview and interview rounds went very well and I'm with the interviewer because he so friendly in nature and made me comfortable during my interview and first is apti round next is technical and next hr rounds
It’s goes well. Waiting for the update so hoping for good thing. Other than that everything good I felt. First round is Technical and followed by the manager round which is also quite good experience
