I’m a self taught web dev. I applied early July heard back august 2nd and had a phone screen, then the following week scheduled the tech interview. Had 2 interviewers one from hr and another was a softwares engineer. I told them I knew html/css/bootstrap/JavaScript/react. After that, I heard back exactly after a week, the recruiter scheduled a follow up call to the technical interview & I received a verbal offer followed by an offer letter 2 hours later

The interviewer focused on communication skills, problem-solving ability, basic technical knowledge, and project experience. Completed the initial HR screening and my resume was shortlisted. However, I was informed that the company does not move forward with candidates who require F-1 visa sponsorship or work authorization.

There were 3 Rounds in total. First was the Screening round where they asked basic Behavioral questions, discussed salary. Next was an online assessment which involved 2 coding questions and 10 MCQ's (basic CS concepts). Last round was a technical interview.
