The expectations of the role were defined correctly and the location. It was 2 round interview (Account team and HR). If the interview went fine, the offer was made very soon.

Most of the questions were around my previous experiences.
It started with understanding what I have done, achieved and how I have managed difficult situations.
There were few tech questions alongside.
There are four round of interview - Initial screening, technical round, management round and HR round.It was fast and simple. Salary structure not clearly mentioned or explained. Variable bonus only expected as 50%.
Interview process was simple and transparent. Questions where very generic and more like discussion. It was all specific to experience. Interview panel where very humble and warm. Interview was very cool with no pressure.
