Interview round was more as a techno functional round sort of. However, academic records do play a role. Its critical to be able to communicate the thought that are there in the brain.
Interview process was good with infosys.
I have been interviewed for Java backend and the entire process took almost a month from round one to onboarding.
Interview questions were moderate and a 4 year experienced developers can crack it with a good practice.
