Interview
The Interview Process went very smooth. The hiring manager was professional and the interviewers were very understanding. When I arrived to the office the hiring manager was in the lobby waiting for me and she escorted me to take an 15 minute assessment. The assessment was about 10 question which were fair. after that was the white board interview which lasted about thirty minutes. During this time the interviewers asked general coding questions based around Data Structures and Algorithms.

Interview
The interview process was very smooth & straight forward. I received an initial phone screen & the recruiter explained very well about the role & company. I was required to take a coding test on Algorithms & Data Structures afterwards. Once I completed that I had the Technical interview via video conference with the senior and lead developers, where we went further in-depth about my past experience and coding knowledge. They were very professional & wanted to understand the clarity I have on Software Development Basics. I thoroughly enjoyed it since I’m also very curious & interested in learning new technologies. Infosys McCamish does a great job at vetting its potential prospects!
Overall I had a great time. The Talent Acquisition team, Technical interviewers & Onboarding manager was very professional.
