Three phone interviews, and then meet with three people at the company headquarters in Atlanta. After spending three hours interviewing at their office, I was told that they would get back to me in a few days. I sent thank you notes. I was not notified. I sent follow up thank you notes, with still no reply. Finally I left a voicemail for the key individual who I interviewed with (not HR). Later that day I received a rejection email, only because I contacted them 3 times. I am fine with not getting the position. My issue is the lack of professional courtesy that people and companies have in not responding, or letting a candidate know the status of their candidacy. It was unprofessional of them.
