I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Ingles Markets (Atlanta, GA) in Jun 2016
Interview
It was quick. He just needed a body to fill the slot. Not really much of an interview. Just a quick in an out process. Manager just needed extra cashiers. Poor treatment of employees = high turnover rates!!
Very pleasant. The Store manager was very professional and nice.
I was early and did not have to wait. Manager gave me options of the job opening he had and what availability the job needed.
Simple and Straightforward! I think it lasted around 20 minutes, and most were based on availability and understanding the company culture, values, and procedures. It felt more like a conversation than anything! The manager was able to tell me lots about his experience and it was really comfortable.
