      I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ingram Content Group (Fort Wayne, IN) in Jan 2015

      I met with HR and the department supervisor and was asked question about my experience, and was asked roughly 10 questions to test my job related skills. I was also given a factory tour and tour of the office in which I would be working in.
