The first two interviews are within the day. The HRs are understanding and very nice. For the final interview that should be with the hiring manager was scheduled. However, during my final interview I was shocked that it was a panel interview of not just two but four hiring team leaders. Worst! They were laughing and making some weird sign languages with each other which I think is unprofessional for their part.

Strange. They have you go through all these math and psychological tests. They give you a pencil and a calculator to help. It was like the SATs. The questions are to see how you deal with culture in the office such as " If ______ comes in late what do you do. 1. tell your supervisor 2. Make a sarcastic comment to them 3. Do not say anything because its not your business". There are several situational questions like that. Rule of thumb, try to answer in the most generic H.R. manner as possible.
