During the interview, I was queried about my plans for the initial six months upon assuming the role of Account Manager at Ingram Micro.
I had 3 rounds in the interview process. One with the recruiter, one with the hiring manager and one with the actual manager I would be working for. It was all very organized and professional. They did take their time in providing me with an offer. If I remember correctly it took about a month after the last interview.
