Interview
The process is too long. Lot of filters, lot of interviews. Sometimes you forget you were in the process because the lack of feedback about the status and because of the time this process takes. I think their hr practices are old and too burocratic.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Ingredion (Guadalajara, Jalisco) in Mar 2025
Interview

Question 1

Too many interviews. Lots of filters to get hired. The process took more than 3 months. I was contacted and too many interviews were taken. One of the interviews I was waiting for more than an hour to be interviewed by the hiring manager.
