2 weeks after I applied I heard from the VP. Brief interview then said a formal interview would be scheduled. Another 2 weeks went by before she reached out again. Addressed me by the wrong name. Phone interview was scattered like she’d never interviewed before. Read a series of questions that she obviously googled and lacks the ability to talk to someone and get to know them. Another week goes by and a follow up email and I was offered a low ball number. She asked several times where I wanted to be salary wise. Either wasn’t taking notes or is too ditzy to remember. Declined because I make more in my current job. They are cheap cheap cheap. You get what you pay for.
