The process was very quick after I submitted my application. I had two interviews, both were rather informal. It was a smooth process and the people I encountered seemed like they would be nice to work with. Finally, I decided to politely decline the offer. They didn't acknowledge my message at all, which I found a bit odd, so maybe it's for the best..
